Jonathan joined the law firm of Robert Bichoupan, P.C. as an associate in 2017, after practicing real estate and corporate law as a solo practitioner and with a regional real estate law firm in New York City and Long Island. Jonathan represents individuals, businesses, lenders and developers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including condominiums and cooperatives, throughout New York City and Long Island. He has extensive experience representing private and institutional lenders for purchase and refinance loans. He has also handled transactions in special situations, including short sales, bankruptcies and foreclosures, and has advised clients in successfully purchasing real estate on an expedited basis from auctions and online platforms. In addition, Jonathan represents landlords and tenants for commercial leases, including office, retail and industrial spaces. In the business and corporate practice, Jonathan advises start-ups and existing businesses for company formation and governance matters, and drafting agreements for limited liability companies, corporations, joint-ventures and partnerships.

Jonathan is fluent in Farsi and Hebrew, and proficient in French and Arabic.
